从儿童的大脑发育来看,情商在幼儿阶段就应重视。一年级部分学生的情商堪忧,如不擅长表达自我感受,情绪容易激动,以自我为中心,缺乏一定的意志力等。情商是可以培养的,在孩子幼儿期可以采取以下措施:改变说教、命令式的沟通方法,接纳幼儿的情绪;在接纳的同时要注意设立规则,使其学会自控;多进行同伴交往,在交往中去自我中心化;父母和教师应当提升自己的情商,言传身教。
