[目的]通过接尘作业病例实例分析,探讨维护与职业接尘有关患者的健康权益的正当途径。[方法]综合该病例的职业病诊断会议和两次职业病鉴定会议专家意见,对照国家职业病名单和职业病诊断标准,结合有关资料和文献进行分析。[结果]接尘作业患者的病征与职业明显有关,在鉴别诊断手段不足的情况下,不能诊断职业病。[结论]期望国家卫生行政部门和职业卫生界共同关注和推进国家职业病名单增订和职业病诊断标准的修订,提高鉴定成员理解和应用国家诊断标准的能力。
[Objective] To analyze the proper way to maintain the health rights and interests of patients in connection with occupational dust through the case analysis of dust-picking operation. [Methods] Based on the diagnosis meeting of occupational diseases and the expert opinion of two occupational disease appraisal meetings, this article analyzed the list of national occupational diseases and diagnostic criteria of occupational diseases according to the relevant data and literature. [Results] The patients with dust-collecting operation had obvious symptoms related to their occupations and could not diagnose occupational diseases in the case of insufficient differential diagnosis. [Conclusion] It is expected that the national health administrative departments and the occupational health community should pay attention to and promote the revision of the list of national occupational diseases and the diagnostic criteria of occupational diseases, so as to enhance the ability of appraisal members to understand and apply the national diagnostic criteria.
