中国和日本是一衣带水的邻邦,历史和文化有着许多相似之处。中国从1979年开始实行“独生子女”政策。十几年来.大城市的独生子女出生率达到了98%左右。在日本最近十几年间也出现了“少于化”现象.据1990年的统计出生率为1.53,大大低于人口的静止界限水平(2.88)。日本的少子化现象的原因是随着社会的发展,青年人都向往独身主义,晚婚,少育。换而言之,父母们是根据自己的意愿少生、不生而造成的“少子化”现象。两国在不同的背景之下出
China and Japan are neighbors of clothing and water and have many similarities in history and culture. Since 1979, China has implemented the “one-child policy.” In more than a decade, the birth rate of the only child in the big cities has reached about 98%. The “less than” phenomenon also appeared in Japan in the past decade or so. According to 1990 statistics, the birth rate was 1.53, much lower than the population’s resting level (2.88). The reason for the degeneration of Japan is that with the development of society, young people yearn for celibacy, late marriage and childbearing. In other words, parents are “less childified” due to their own lack of living and not giving birth. The two countries are out in different contexts
