前文报道过在神农架及三峡地区636份菜豆种质资源的分布、生态型、植物学特征和农艺性状。本文报道这些材料中的200份菜豆的粗纤维和蛋白质含量的测定结果。在被测的200份材料中,嫩荚含水量在86.71~94.18%之间,平均为90.79%。粗纤维含量占干基重的12.16~30.19%,平均为19.18%,最低的是来自神农架盘水的“架豆”
Earlier, the distribution, ecotypes, botanical characteristics and agronomic traits of 636 accessions of bean germplasm in Shennongjia and the Three Gorges area were reported. This paper reports the results of the determination of the crude fiber and protein content of 200 beans in these materials. Among the 200 tested materials, the water content of tender pods was between 86.71% and 94.18% with an average of 90.79%. Crude fiber content accounted for 12.16 ~ 30.19% of dry basis, an average of 19.18%, the lowest is from the Shennongjia plate water “rack beans”
