南宋通过文化世俗化实现了文化普及,它与城市社会变革和市民意识的兴起互为因果。文化世俗化构建了城市多元文化主体,带来了普遍的文化自觉,确认了各种市民身份。精英文化的超越性带有异化性质,南宋的世俗文化则在文化的人性化表达、社会关怀以及文化的市场化、社会化等方面有积极建树,为文化导向世俗公共领域开辟了道路。其中的许多因素,为实现对精英文化以及当今中国的过世俗化(庸俗化)文化的双重超越提供了有益经验。
The Southern Song Dynasty realized the popularization of culture through the secularization of culture, which is the cause and effect of the rise of urban social change and citizen awareness. Cultural secularization has built up the main body of multiculturalism in the city, bringing about universal cultural awareness and confirming various citizen identities. The transcendence of the elite culture has alienation features. The secular culture of the Southern Song Dynasty has played a positive role in the humanized expression of culture, social care, marketization and socialization of culture, opening the way for the culture to lead into the secular public sphere. Many of these factors provide useful lessons for the dual transcendence of the elite culture and the secularization (vulgar) culture in present-day China.
