针对白龟山水库大坝长,地质条件复杂的特点,根据不同地质条件选择不同地基处理方式:采用煤矸石材料加高大坝;采用搓板式混凝土块护坡与砌石结构高糙率相结合,降低波浪爬高和坝顶高程;北副坝设计采用微地形坝的形式,使坝顶形成波浪式及坝坡不规则的心墙土坝,满足防洪要求;北干渠渠首过水断面改造为方型,并运用弹性断裂力学方法对闸墩混凝土施工期温度裂缝进行稳定性分析,避免了闸墩混凝土裂缝产生。
