提高运动水平的关键是科学训练,为了探讨普通高等学校跳远运动项目的训练规律,本文根据高校学生业余时间的训练特点,寻找助跑最佳训练模式为高校跳远项目的训练提供途径。
The key to improve the level of sports is scientific training. In order to explore the regular training of long jump sports in colleges and universities, according to the traits of spare time training of college students, this paper tries to find the best training mode for running to provide a way for the training of long jump projects in colleges and universities.
