目的:研究不同提取方法对枇杷叶中齐墩果酸含量测定的影响。方法:以枇杷叶为原料,用回流提取、索式提取、超声提取、微波提取4种方法提取其中的齐墩果酸,薄层扫描法测定齐墩果酸的含量。结果:微波提取法测得齐墩果酸的含量为26.33 mg·g-1,RSD=1.80%,回流提取法测得齐墩果酸含量为24.49 mg·g-1,RSD=3.39%,索式提取法测得齐墩果酸含量为24.28 mg·g-1,RSD=3.46%,超声提取法测得齐墩果酸的含量为23.68 mg·g-1,RSD=1.50%。结论:微波提取法与其他3种提取方法相比较具有提取效率高、操作简单等特点,可作为枇杷叶中齐墩果酸提取的优选方法。
Objective: To study the effects of different extraction methods on the determination of oleanolic acid in loquat leaves. Methods: Eruca officinalis was used as raw material to extract oleanolic acid by reflux extraction, sowing extraction, ultrasonic extraction and microwave extraction. The content of oleanolic acid was determined by TLC scanning. Results: The content of oleanolic acid was 26.33 mg · g-1, RSD was 1.80%, and the content of oleanolic acid was 24.49 mg · g-1 by reflux extraction method, the RSD was 3.39% The content of oleanolic acid was 24.28 mg · g-1, RSD was 3.46%, and the content of oleanolic acid by ultrasonic extraction was 23.68 mg · g-1, RSD was 1.50%. Conclusion: Compared with the other three extraction methods, microwave extraction has the characteristics of high extraction efficiency and simple operation, which can be used as the preferred method for the extraction of oleanolic acid in loquat leaves.
