铁道车辆问世以来,已从木制、钢制时代转向不锈钢、铝合金乃至树脂系车辆的时代。其中,轻量的、维修性优良的不锈钢车辆已作为通勤、城郊型车辆得到广为采用。现在,铁道车辆的开发必须适应轻量化、经济性、高乘车舒适度、高环保性、外形美观等广泛的要求。本文介绍日本不锈钢车辆的历史和不断进步的制造工艺及材料技术。 Since the advent of railroad vehicles, it has shifted from the era of wood and steel to the era of stainless steel, aluminum alloy and even resin-based vehicles. Among them, lightweight, maintainable stainless steel vehicles have been widely used as commuter and suburban vehicles. Now, the development of railway vehicles must adapt to a wide range of requirements such as light weight, economy, high ride comfort, high environmental friendliness and beautiful appearance. This article describes the history of stainless steel vehicles in Japan and the continuous improvement of manufacturing technology and materials technology.
