本文阐述了精密内圆磨削质量控制系统的原理。指出:质量控制系统实际上是轴承内圈加工的生产自动线,它主要用于控制轴承内圈内孔的粗磨及精密工序,旨在提高其生产效率及加工质量。质量控制系统的核心是基于8098单片机的质量控制计算机(QCC).QCC不仅对生产线实施顺序控制,而且还完成对工件的采样、建模及预报控制。文中给出了QCC有关的硬件设计,并设计了轴承内圈内孔自动测量头。最后本文给出了质量控制系统软件设计框图。
This article describes the principle of precision internal grinding quality control system. It is pointed out that the quality control system is actually an automatic production line for inner ring processing of bearings. It is mainly used for coarse grinding and precision control of the inner bore of the bearing, so as to improve its production efficiency and processing quality. At the heart of the quality control system is a quality control computer (QCC) based on the 8098 microcontroller. QCC not only implements sequential control of the production line, but also completes the sampling, modeling and forecasting control of the workpiece. The article gives the QCC hardware design, and design the bearing inner ring automatic measuring head. Finally, this paper gives the quality control system software design block diagram.
