层积催芽几乎对所有的种子都有好处,但层积催芽的方式方法有多种,如沙藏和雪藏,沙藏中又分露天坑藏、露天堆藏和窖藏,露天坑藏中又有冻层以下沙藏和冻层以内沙藏之分。究竟哪种方法好,仍是个没有弄清的问题,因而在应用中也有些混乱。 为此,我们选择了油松、落叶松、杜梨、海棠和侧柏等几个树种作了不冻层沙藏(窖藏)、冻层沙藏,雪藏和冰藏试验,结果表明,除侧柏以外,都是不冻层沙藏的效果好,详情如下。
