针对折叠和缺口两种缺陷,在现场工艺参数的基础上运用有限元软件MSC.Marc分别建立了TP2内螺纹铜管滚珠旋压有限元模型,通过模拟和力学分析相结合的方法分析了折叠和缺口的形成过程和产生的原因。结果表明:减小减径拉拔后的管坯壁厚和增大芯头的齿顶圆角可增大齿顶圆弧的曲率,避免缺口形成。此外,增大芯头的齿顶圆角还可增强成齿变歪后的对中性,避免产生折叠。
