液晶作为显示器件已广泛应用在各个领域。由于它具有形状薄、重量轻、坚固、工作电压低和耗电省等特点,因此越来越受到人们的重视。近年来,利用矩阵液晶晶格作为大屏幕显示元件,实现图像或文字的显示,已是人们研制的课题。但是,高集成度的液晶驱动电路受到国外禁运的影响,而国内的电路在性能价格比上还存在一些问题。针对这种情况,我们开展了研试工作,并取得了一定的成效。现就矩阵液晶晶格驱动电路的结构和工作原理作一介绍。
LCD as a display device has been widely used in various fields. Because of its thin shape, light weight, strong, low operating voltage and power consumption and other characteristics, so more and more people’s attention. In recent years, the use of matrix liquid crystal lattice as a large screen display element to achieve the display of images or text has been the subject of research and development. However, the highly integrated liquid crystal driver circuit is affected by the embargo abroad, while the domestic circuit has some problems in terms of cost performance.
