目的:探讨山芝麻水提物对大鼠溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的药效作用及其机制。方法:将SD大鼠随机分成6组(正常对照组、模型组、柳氮磺胺吡啶组及山芝麻高、中、低剂量组),采用三硝基苯磺酸(TNBS)灌肠法,制备溃疡性结肠炎大鼠模型。第2天开始灌胃给药,在第3周处死动物后,观察药物对大鼠血清中白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤因子-α(TNF-α)表达水平以及结肠组织病理改变的影响。结果:山芝麻水提物能显著升高溃疡性结肠炎大鼠血清中抑炎因子IL-10水平,降低其促炎因子IL-6、TNF-α水平,并改善大鼠的组织学损伤和症状。结论:山芝麻水提物能平衡溃疡性结肠炎大鼠血清中炎症因子水平,并改善其病理组织损伤和症状。
Objective: To investigate the pharmacodynamic effects of aqueous extract of sesame seeds on ulcerative colitis (UC) in rats and its mechanism. Methods: SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups (normal control group, model group, sulfasalazine group and shan sesame high, medium and low dose groups), and TNBS enema was used to prepare ulcer Colitis rat model. The rats were sacrificed on the third day after the animals were sacrificed on the third day. The effects of the drugs on interleukin-10 (IL-10), interleukin-6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) expression and histopathological changes. Results: Fructus schisandrae extract could significantly increase the level of IL-10 in the serum of the ulcerative colitis rats, decrease the levels of IL-6 and TNF-α, and improve the histological damage and symptom. Conclusion: Sesame extract can balance the levels of inflammatory cytokines in serum of ulcerative colitis rats and improve the pathological tissue injury and symptoms.
