合作学习是新课程标准所提倡的一种学习方式,是指学生以小组为单位的学习方式。作为一种新的学习方式和教学观念,合作学习的主要活动是小组成员的合作学习活动。合作学习的展开,往往是在学生自学的基础上进行小组合作学习、小组内讨论的,合作学习对学生的学习和认识有积极的意义。那么,在这种学习方式下,教师究竟应当充当一个什么样的角色呢?在新课程的实施中,教师再也不能固守原有的以教师为中心的做法,必须站在学生中间,从学生的经验出发而开发活动课程并指导学生的实践活动。
