应用经尿道非接触式激光切除前列腺增生３５例，凡能接受膀胱镜检查者均能接受本治疗。激光切除前列腺过程操作简便、治疗时间短、无明显出血及严重并发症．尤其对Ⅰ°～Ⅱ°前列腺增生疗效更为明显、本文对非接触式激光切除前列腺的操作要点进行了讨论。
Application of transurethral non-contact laser resection of 35 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia, who can accept cystoscopy were able to receive the treatment. Laser resection of the prostate process is simple, short treatment time, no significant bleeding and serious complications. Especially for Ⅰ ° ~ Ⅱ benign prostatic hyperplasia effect is more obvious, this article discusses the operation of non-contact laser resection of the prostate are discussed.
