银盘水电站厂房蜗壳为梯形断面,进口尺寸和最大内水压力较高,混凝土防裂问题突出。依据传统设计思路,若设置钢衬会增加投资、加长工期;若采用常规混凝土结构则会增加配筋量、增大施工难度。经多方案经济技术对比及大量数值仿真分析,采用预应力混凝土蜗壳结构方案及开敞式止水等工程措施,解决了混凝土蜗壳的防渗限裂难题。银盘水电站蜗壳结构运行期监测结果表明,采用该设计方案的机组运行情况良好,研究结果可为同类工程蜗壳结构设计提供参考。
Yinpan hydropower plant spiral volute for the trapezoidal cross-section, the maximum size of the inlet pressure and water pressure, concrete crack prominent problems. According to the traditional design idea, if the steel lining is set to increase the investment and lengthen the construction period, if the conventional concrete structure is used, the amount of reinforcement will be increased and the construction difficulty will be increased. The multi-program economic and technological comparison and a large number of numerical simulation analysis, the use of prestressed concrete volute structure program and open water-stop engineering measures to solve the concrete spiral case of impervious cracking problem. The monitoring results of volute structure operation at Yinpan Hydropower Station show that the unit with this design scheme is in good condition and the research results can provide references for the design of volute structure of similar project.
