目的探讨糖调节受损(IGR)人群外周血炎症细胞因子表达水平与正常糖耐量(NGT)人群的差异。方法按照WHO糖尿病诊断标准,随机选择IGR者172例,NGT者168例,2型糖尿病(T2DM)者106例,采集外周血分别测定外周血白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-(TNF-)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的水平,并与其它临床资料进行综合比较。结果 IGR组IL-1βI、L-6、TNF-、hs-CRP水平显著高于NGT组但低于T2DM组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论 IGR发生发展过程中伴有炎性反应,检测炎症细胞因子对评价IGR人群具有一定的预测作用。
Objective To investigate the differences of peripheral blood inflammatory cytokines expression and normal glucose tolerance (NGT) among patients with impaired glucose regulation (IGR). Methods According to WHO diagnostic criteria for diabetes, 172 patients with IGR, 168 patients with NGT and 106 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) were randomly selected. Peripheral blood was collected for determination of interleukin-1β (IL-1β), interleukin (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor- (TNF-) and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) were measured and compared with other clinical data. Results The levels of IL-1βI, L-6, TNF- and hs-CRP in IGR group were significantly higher than those in NGT group but lower than those in T2DM group (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusions The development of IGR is accompanied by inflammatory reaction, and the detection of inflammatory cytokines may have some predictive value for the evaluation of IGR population.
