海带是人们所熟悉的海藻食品,双称黑菜、海马兰等。海带在国外已被列入抗癌食物。通过调查,发现生活在日本西南部海域冲绳岛的居民,癌症和心脏病的发病率最低,寿命最长。日本的医学家分析说,这是因为冲绳岛的居民,爱吃海带,海带中的纤维素能促进肠管中致癌物的排泄,故能使人益寿延年。
Kelp is a familiar seaweed food, double-named black cabbage, sea horse blue and so on. Kelp has been included in foreign anti-cancer food. Through the survey, residents living in Okinawa, a waters off southwest Japan, found that cancer and heart disease had the lowest incidence and the longest life expectancy. Japanese medical scientists analyzed that this is because Okinawa residents, love to eat kelp, kelp cellulose can promote the excretion of intestinal carcinogens, it can make people live longer.
