A case of acute lead poisoning in 1 adult female who was exposed to lead seven years ago was reported. The symptoms were abdominal pain, knee pain, neurological symptoms, hypertension, chronic kidney disease, basophilic rainbowcurrent cells And gingival lead. During pregnancy, the amount of lead in their body nearly tripled to 810 μg / L within 5 months. Chelator therapy significantly improves patient symptoms and lead levels in the body. In the absence of any new lead exposure and other causes of bone metastases, bone mobilization induced by mineralized tissue increases the body’s lead content during and after pregnancy. This case report shows the severity of long-term health effects of lead poisoning at multiple organ levels, even years after initial exposure. Therefore, patient care should not only be limited to the acute treatment of increased lead levels, but should also include prevention of bone metastases and mobilization and appropriate patient education.
