中、大剂量摄生肝泰胶囊能显著地抑制四氯化碳(CCl4)和D-胺基半乳糖(D-Gla)所致急性肝损伤小鼠血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和谷草转氨酶(AST)的升高及总蛋白(TP)和白蛋白(ALB)的下降,减轻肝组织的病理损害程度。各剂量摄生肝泰胶囊均能抑制CCl4所致慢性肝损伤大鼠血清中ALT和AST的升高,抑制TP和ALB的下降及肝组织病理损害程度,且能降低肝组织中羟脯氨酸(HYP)的含量。对免疫功能低下小鼠非特异免疫功能和肝损伤小鼠体液免疫功能有增强作用。增加正常大鼠的胆汁排泄量和胆汁中胆红素的含量。
Medium and large doses of Shenggantai capsule can significantly inhibit the serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) in mice with acute liver injury induced by carbon tetrachloride (CCl4) and D-galactosamine (D-Gla). The increase of the total protein (TP) and albumin (ALB) decreased the degree of pathological damage in the liver tissue. All doses of Shenggan Gantai Capsule can inhibit the increase of ALT and AST in serum of rats with CCl4-induced chronic hepatic injury, inhibit the decrease of TP and ALB and the degree of liver pathological damage, and can reduce the hydroxyproline in liver tissue ( HYP) content. It can enhance the non-specific immune function of immunocompromised mice and the humoral immune function of liver injury mice. Increased bile excretion and bile bilirubin content in normal rats.
