教学管理的终极目标是促进学生的发展。我们的教学管理既要立足于学生学业的成功,更要有利于开发他们的身体、语言、思维、创造、情感和人格力量等潜能,提高整体素质。然而,在当前足球课教学过程中,大多数学生对教师在课堂教学中所采用的显性教学管理行为极为反感,甚至出现与教师发生争执的现象,进而耽误教学时间,影响教学效果。针对此现象,探讨在课堂教学中实行隐性管理方法,促进学生情商和智商健康发展,增强足球课教学的吸引力,从而更好的提高教学质量,完成教学目标。
The ultimate goal of teaching management is to promote the development of students. Our teaching management should not only base on the success of students’ academic studies, but also develop the potential of body, language, thinking, creativity, emotion and personality, and improve their overall quality. However, during the current football teaching process, most students are extremely displeased with the explicit teaching management practices used by teachers in classroom teaching, and even have a dispute with the teachers, which delays the teaching time and affects the teaching effect. In view of this phenomenon, this paper discusses the implementation of recessive management methods in classroom teaching to promote the healthy development of students’ emotional intelligence and intelligence, and to enhance the attractiveness of football teaching so as to better improve the teaching quality and accomplish the teaching objectives.
