2008年以来,全省法院全面落实中央有关执行工作文件精神,注重能动执行、突出工作重点,注重规范管理、强化工作监督,注重机制建设、提升工作效能,注重队伍建设、提高工作能力,执行工作取得了明显成绩,执行难问题有所缓解。但是,据省人大内务司法委员会调研,法院执行难并未从根本上解决,仍存在一些亟待解决的问题和困难。

However, according to the investigation conducted by Provincial People’s Congress Internal Affairs Judicial Committee, the implementation of the court has not fundamentally solved the problems, and there are still some problems and difficulties to be solved urgently.
