学前教育是基础教育的重要组成部分,但是我国学前教育却亟待发展,教育不公平现象日益凸显,成为一个不容忽视的问题。学前教育领域不公平现象主要表现为教育资源配置失衡、入园机会不均等、教师素质层次不齐、教育质量差异显著等。因此必须加大国家财政对幼儿教育的支持力度,完善幼儿园教师培养管理体系,加强学前教育的法制建设,关注弱势群体的幼儿教育,促进我国学前教育的健康可持续发展。
Pre-school education is an important part of basic education. However, the pre-primary education in our country needs to be developed urgently. The phenomenon of unfair education has become increasingly prominent and has become a problem that can not be ignored. The unfairness in the field of pre-primary education is mainly manifested as unbalanced allocation of educational resources, unequal access to education, uneven levels of teachers’ qualifications, and significant differences in the quality of education. Therefore, it is necessary to increase state financial support for early childhood education, improve the management system of kindergarten teachers, strengthen the legal system of preschool education, pay attention to the early childhood education of vulnerable groups and promote the healthy and sustainable development of preschool education in our country.
