以红优6号为轮回亲本,与携带苗期白化转绿叶色标记的云丰66B进行杂交和回交,获得红优6号的白化转绿基因近等基因系10HN03,并构建了10HN03/红优6号的F2分离群体。对该群体研究发现,绿色株和白化转绿株的比例符合3∶1的分离比,表明该性状受1对隐性核基因控制。利用SSR分子标记将控制水稻苗期白化转绿性状的基因定位在第2染色体SSR标记RM530和RM112之间,暂时命名为alg-2-1(t)。
Hongyou 6 was taken as the reincarnation parent line, crossed with the Yunfeng 66B carrying the seedling greening to green leaf color marker, and the near-isogenic line 10HN03 of Hongyou 6 was obtained. A 10HN03 / Excellent 6 F2 segregation population. The population study found that the ratio of green and white to green aligns with a 3: 1 segregation ratio, indicating that the trait is controlled by a single recessive nuclear gene. The SSR marker was used to locate the gene controlling the whiteness-to-green trait of rice at the SSR marker RM530 and RM112 on chromosome 2, tentatively named as alg-2-1 (t).
