目的 考察小柴胡汤及其药物配伍对角叉菜胶诱导的大鼠胸膜炎的影响。方法 大鼠胸腔注射0. 2 mL 1 %角叉菜胶诱导胸膜炎模型,中药各组给予小柴胡汤不同药群配方的中药灌胃1次(分别按如下剂量:柴芩3 5 g/kg,姜夏3 g/kg,参草枣4 5 g/kg,柴芩-姜夏6 5 g/kg,柴芩-参草枣8 g/kg,姜夏-参草枣7 5 g/kg,全方11 g/kg),正常组和模型组给予等体积的蒸馏水灌胃。连续给药5 d,在末次给药后 2 h造模,造模 12 h后检测胸腔渗出液体积、渗出液中白细胞计数、溶菌酶(LZM)、髓过氧化物酶(MPO)的含量(活性)以及血清NO、IL-8含量。结果 与模型组比较,小柴胡汤及其药群配伍各组大鼠胸腔渗出液体积、渗出液中白细胞数量、MPO含量以及血清IL- 8、NO含量均显著降低(P<0 .01),胸腔渗出液LZM含量显著升高(P<0 .01)。结论 小柴胡汤及其药群配伍具有显著的抗炎作用,对胸膜炎有一定的防治作用;其中柴芩组、姜夏组、参草枣组和全方组作用较优。小柴胡汤及其药群配伍组(柴芩组、姜夏组、参草枣组)可能是通过抑制NO、IL- 8 的升高,抑制白细胞活化、浸润游走等环节产生抗炎效用的。
Objective To investigate the effect of Xiaochaihu Decoction and its drug compatibility on carrageenan-induced rat pleurisy. Methods Pulmonary injection of 0.2 mL of 1 % carrageenin into the thoracic cavity was used to induce pleurisy in rats. Traditional Chinese medicines given in different groups of Xiao Chai Hu Tang were intragastrically administered once to the stomach (respectively: Chai Xia 35 g/kg; Gingerxia 3 g/kg, Shencao jujube 4 5 g/kg, Chaixiong-Jiangxia 6 5 g/kg, Chaixiong-ginseng jujube 8 g/kg, Gingerxia-ginseng jujube 7 5 g/kg, All 11 g/kg), normal group and model group were given equal volume of distilled water. After 5 days of continuous administration, 2 hours after the last administration, the volume of effusion exudate, leukocyte count in exudate, lysozyme (LZM), myeloperoxidase (MPO) were measured after 12 hours of model establishment. Results Compared with the model group, the volume of thoracic exudates, the number of white blood cells in the exudates, the content of MPO, and the content of IL-8 and NO in serum were significantly decreased in Xiaochaihu Decoction and its compatibility groups (P<0.01). ), LZM content in thoracic exudate was significantly increased (P < 0.01). Conclusion The combination of Xiaochaihu Decoction and its drug group has significant anti-inflammatory effects, and it has a certain preventive and therapeutic effect on pleurisy. The effects of Xiaochaihu Decoction, Jiangxia Group, Shencaozao Group and Quanfang Decoction are superior. Xiaochaihu Decoction and its drug group compatibility group (Chaiqi group, Jiangxia group, Shencaozao group) may inhibit anti-inflammatory effects by inhibiting the increase of NO, IL-8 and inhibiting leukocyte activation, infiltration and migration. .
