理论联系实际,是搞好岗位培训教学的关键。理论联系实际从教学角度看,可分为两个方面:一是教师在讲授书本知识的过程中,应当联系物资体制改革的实际和企业具体业务实际,以大量实例做陪衬;二是在教师指导下,学员应自觉地把学到的书本知识与本企业的业务实际结合起来去思考、去提高。只有这样,学员才能把“干什么”和“怎么干”结合起来,把“怎么干”和“为什么这样干”结合起来。坚持理论联系实际,要正确处理好以下三个关系。
The link between theory and practice is the key to doing a good job training. From the teaching point of view, the theory can be divided into two aspects: First, during the process of teaching books, teachers should contact the actual situation of the material system reform and the specific business practice of the company, and do so with a large number of examples. The second is the guidance of teachers. Next, trainees should consciously combine the book knowledge they have learned with the actual business of the company to think and improve. Only in this way can trainees combine what “doing” with “how to do it” and combine “how to do it” with “why do it.” Adhere to the theory and practice, we must correctly handle the following three relationships.
