本文介绍了为2.8Mwt循环流化床锅炉设计的控制系统。本系统采用“由负荷量决定给煤量,调节给风量控制炉膛温度,调节引风量控制炉膛负压”的控制方案,并采用了PID变速积分,一、二次风比非线性算法,取得了较好的自控制效果。本系统具有系统自动恢复,系统参数的动态显示与修改,越限报警及自动处理等功能。
This article describes the control system designed for a 2.8Mwt circulating fluidized bed boiler.
