1989年10月至1994年5月我科共收治新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病90例。男62例,女28例。年龄<24小时50例,～3天34例,～7天6例。早产儿4例,足月儿82例,过期儿4例。体重≥2500克79例,<2500克11例,最小1700克。顺产36例,胎吸助产41例,剖宫产8例,臀位产4例,胎吸3次失
October 1989 to May 1994, our department received a total of 90 cases of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy. There were 62 males and 28 females. Age <24 hours in 50 cases, ~ 3 days in 34 cases, ~ 7 days in 6 cases. 4 cases of premature children, full-term children in 82 cases, 4 cases of expired children. Weight ≥ 2500 grams in 79 cases, <2500 grams in 11 cases, the smallest 1700 grams. 36 cases of normal birth, 41 cases of fetal abortion, cesarean section in 8 cases, 4 cases of breech birth, fetal loss 3 times
