目的:观察天王复心片对冠状动脉结扎大鼠缺血心肌组织TLR4表达的影响,并探讨其可能的作用机制。方法:采用结扎大鼠冠状动脉法复制心肌缺血模型,随机分组并连续给药21d后,采用免疫组化和PCR法观察天王复心片可对大鼠缺血心肌TLR4表达的影响。结果:天王复心片可调控心肌缺血大鼠炎症信号TLR4蛋白与基因。结论:天王复心片抗心肌缺血作用机制可能与调节炎症信号TLR4有关。
Objective: To observe the effect of Tianwang Fuxin Tablet on TLR4 expression in ischemic myocardium of coronary artery occlusion rats and to explore its possible mechanism. Methods: The model of myocardial ischemia was established by ligating the coronary arteries in rats. The rats were randomly divided into groups and were continuously administered for 21 days. The expression of TLR4 in ischemic myocardium of rats was observed by immunohistochemistry and PCR. Results: Tiawang Fuxin Tablet can regulate TLR4 protein and gene expression in myocardial infarcted rats. Conclusion: The mechanism of anti-myocardial ischemia of King’s Fufang Tablet may be related to the regulation of TLR4.
