肾结石和输尿管结石是泌尿外科的常见病之一,常引起肾积水和继发性尿路感染,继而影响肾功能,因此,及时有效治疗意义重大。体外冲击波碎石技术是利用电磁式体外冲击波碎石机产生的冲击波击碎结石,使结石易于排出体外,从而治疗结石的方法。本文探讨ESWL在肾结石合并输尿管结石的应用效果及影响疗效的相关因素。1临床资料2012年5月至2013年11月我院收治的肾结石合并输尿管结石患者173例,男106例、女67例,年龄18~82岁,均经彩超、腹部X线平片、静脉肾盂造影或CT检查确诊。
Renal calculus and ureteral calculi are one of the common urological diseases, often causing hydronephrosis and secondary urinary tract infections, which in turn affect renal function. Therefore, timely and effective treatment is of great significance. Extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy is the use of electromagnetic shock wave extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy crushed stones, the stones easily excreted, and thus the treatment of stones. This article discusses the application of ESWL in renal stones with ureteral calculi and related factors that affect the efficacy. 1 Clinical data May 2012 to November 2013 in our hospital admitted 173 patients with kidney stones and ureteral calculi, 106 males and 67 females, aged 18 to 82 years old, both by color Doppler ultrasound, abdominal plain radiography, veins Pyelography or CT examination confirmed.
