上海地铁1号线旁通过的施工,主要是在淤泥质软土地层中进行。为解决施工中出现涌水冒泥的难题,采用三重管高压旋喷注浆法加固地基,取得了理想的效果。在高喷法施工中,采用了新型的设备及机具。文中以上海地铁1号线的南苏州河路中间泵站的地基加固工程为例,阐述了高喷注浆设备、机具的创新点及其对保证施工质量的作用。
Construction on the 1st line of Shanghai Metro Line 1 is mainly carried out in muddy soft ground. In order to solve the problem of gushing water and mud in the construction, the triple-tube high-pressure rotary jet grouting method is used to reinforce the foundation and the ideal effect is achieved.
