近年来,随着我国经济的高速发展,国家对能源的需求也日益增长,作为主要能源之一的煤炭一直是国家能源的支柱。然而我国的煤炭工业长期停留在人工开采水平,生产效率低,安全隐患多,历年来矿难事故频发,人员伤亡和经济损失严重,煤矿安全已成为我国经济发展中的热点和难点问题之一,每一起重大安全生产事故都引起了政府和社会各界的极大关注。我国安全监管部门已经出台政策,狠抓煤矿瓦斯防治和安全生产条件的改善要求:安全状况不达标的矿井要一律停产整顿;重新核定矿井的安全生产能力,严禁超能力生产;高瓦斯、高突矿井没有建立瓦斯抽放和监测系统,没有落实综合防突措施的,要停产整顿、限期整改;不具备安全生产许可证发证条件的矿井,要停产整顿,经整顿仍然不合格的要予以关闭。这些政策的出台,以及连续不断的矿难事故,促使监管政策的强制实施,加之我国能源产业布局、重组的调整,将出现更多的集团化、现代化的煤炭企业。作为现代化煤炭企业的重要标志——自动化、信息化也必将得以深度实施,而煤炭企业信息化基础的监控市场也将大幅增长,防爆产品、传感器产品、数据采集与监控系统等产品市场将蕴涵巨大潜力。
