一、规划背景东街村地处德清县洛舍镇东南部,东邻钟管镇,南接乾元镇,西靠三家村,北交洛舍镇工业区,村委驻地与镇政府所在地相距7公里,村城南北由乾埭公路贯穿连接。在德清县全面推行创建“中国和美家园”的大背景下,东街村利用村内的各种文化底蕴,努力创建“中国和美家园”精品村。在此前提下,《德清县洛舍镇东街村村庄规划》于2010年由洛舍镇人民政府委托德清县城乡规划所编制。二、规划构思1.以节约土地和经济发展为中心
