模具是推广少无切削工艺和成批与大量生产仪器仪表零件的基础工艺装备。目前在仪表行业推广应用的各种少无切削工艺如金属超塑成形、玻璃成形、塑料注塑成形、粉末冶金、精冲、精锻、精铸、液体模锻等都要通过模具来实施。长期以来,仪表行业由于模具制造力量分散、科研基础薄弱和管理不善,使其生产发展缓慢。特别是制模周期过长、模具寿命低、结构陈旧、精度不高,影响了仪器仪表新产品的迅速投产和老产品的及时更新换代,成为仪器仪表行业各厂的生产薄弱环节。(一)
The mold is the basic process equipment that promotes fewer non-cutting processes and batches and mass production of instrumentation components. At present, various non-cutting technologies popularized in the instrument industry, such as metal superplastic forming, glass forming, plastic injection molding, powder metallurgy, fine blanking, precision forging, precision casting, and liquid die forging, have all been implemented through molds. For a long time, the instrument industry has been slow to develop its production due to the dispersion of mold manufacturing power, weak scientific research foundation, and poor management. In particular, the molding cycle is too long, the die life is low, the structure is obsolete, and the accuracy is not high, which affects the rapid commissioning of new instrumentation products and the timely replacement of old products, and has become a weak link in the instrumentation industry.
