本文将半解析有限元法与二维傅里叶变换结合,用于兰姆波在薄板检测中的模态分析。采用半解析有限元法绘制了各向同性自由铝板中兰姆波频散曲线,用超声换能器获得兰姆波在铝板不同位置的传播信号。通过二维傅里叶变换作数据分析,确定了铝板中实际存在的兰姆波模态并计算该模态传播速度。结果表明二维傅里叶变换与半解析有限元法结合能有效地识别导波模态,为导波用于薄板及复杂截面波导介质的无损检测提供了一种可行的分析方法。
In this paper, semi-analytical finite element method combined with two-dimensional Fourier transform is used for modal analysis of Lamb wave in thin plate inspection. The semi-analytical finite element method is used to draw the Lamb wave dispersion curve in the isotropic free aluminum plate, and the ultrasonic wave transducer is used to obtain the propagation signal of the Lamb wave in different positions of the aluminum plate. The two-dimensional Fourier transform is used for data analysis to determine the actual Lamb wave mode in the aluminum plate and calculate the mode propagation velocity. The results show that the combination of two-dimensional Fourier transform and semi-analytical finite element method can effectively identify the guided wave modes and provide a feasible analytical method for the non-destructive testing of waveguide and waveguides.
