目的:探讨不同型号留置针及高压注射器延长导管对MR增强对比剂注射总量的影响。方法:使用MED TRON AG高压注射器注射对比剂(钆贝葡胺注射液),配合使用压力型微量泵延长管和BD pegasus飞玛TM密闭式18G、20G、22G留置针。MR对比剂预射总量分别设定为5mL、20mL,流率分别设定为2.0mL/s、3.0mL/s、4.0mL/s,压力限制值设定为21Bar,65mL容量负载注射器连接MR-带阀管路系统。本研究分为A、B两组,A组高压注射器连接MR-带阀管路系统和压力型微量泵延长管,不连接注射留置针;B组高压注射器连接MR-带阀管路系统+压力型微量泵延长管和18G、20G、22G留置针。A、B两组均在三种不同注射流率情况下分别评估两种预设对比剂注射剂量,分析延长管和三种规格留置针对注射MR对比剂总量的影响。结果:A组规定时间内以三种不同流率注射时,对比剂注射总量和预设总量相同;B组在同一注射量和同一延长管、分别连接三种规格留置针的情况下,以三种不同流率注射时注射总量和预设总量相同。结论:常规注射压力、注射流率下,一定容积的延长管和18G、20G、22G留置针均不会影响预定对比剂注射总量,建议使用22G留置针。
Objective: To investigate the effects of different types of indwelling needles and extended-pressure catheters on MR-enhanced contrast media injection. METHODS: MEDTRON AG high-pressure syringes were injected with contrast agent (gadobutidine injection) in combination with a pressure-type micropipette extension tube and a BD pegasus flyMAR closed 18G, 20G, 22G indwelling needle. The total amount of MR contrast pre-shots was set to 5 mL and 20 mL, respectively, and the flow rates were set at 2.0 mL / s, 3.0 mL / s and 4.0 mL / s respectively. The pressure limit was set at 21 Bar and the 65 mL capacity load syringe connection MR - Valved piping system. This study is divided into two groups A, B, A group of high-pressure syringe connected to the MR-valve system and the pressure of the micropipette extension tube, injection needle is not connected; B group of high pressure syringe connected to the MR-valve system + pressure Micro-pump extension tube and 18G, 20G, 22G indwelling needle. The two groups of A and B, respectively, at three different injection rates were evaluated under the two preset contrast agent injection dose, extension tube and three kinds of specifications for the injection of MR contrast agent total impact. Results: Group A injected with three different flow rates within the prescribed time, the total amount of contrast agent injection and the preset total the same; Group B in the same injection volume and the same extension tube, were connected to three kinds of specifications indwelling needle case, The total amount of injections at the three different flow rates was the same as the default total. Conclusion: Conventional injection pressure, injection rate, a certain volume of extension tube and 18G, 20G, 22G indwelling needle will not affect the total amount of scheduled contrast agent injection, it is recommended to use 22G indwelling needle.
