语文课是民族预科班的重要基础课,其学习效果直接关系到对专业课程的学习和掌握程度。据统计,我院历年预科生源基本上来自省内各州县,农村学生约占60%,其语文高考成绩普遍偏低。这个多民族的特殊群体,有其特有的倾向,他们有作为一名大学生的自豪感,但也表现出一定的自卑感;课堂秩序良好,但思维不够积极,回答问题不踊跃。当然,极强的自尊心和不甘落后的奋发精神是他们的主流。如何发挥其长处,克服弱点,使他们尽可能多地掌握一些语文基础知识和基本技能,是语文教学的一项严肃
