刘学民,中国企业管理研究会常务理事,山东经营管理研究会常务理事兼行为表现管理专业委员会主任,“天韵书院公益论坛”创办人,中国行为表现管理体系创建者,著名管理思想家,最受中国企业欢迎的管理咨询专家。代表作有中国第一本财经科普读物、商务随想录《慵懒的午餐后》,管理科学创新著作《管理应该管行为》等。日前,刘学民先生就《晋商之死》一书引发的种种争议接受了《中国商人》专访,以下是此次访谈实录:
