目的评价左手控制技术在胃癌手术中的应用效果。方法对2000年以来河南省肿瘤医院普外科应用左手控制技术行Koche,切口,清扫淋巴结及控制出血的临床资料进行分析。结果 120例均顺利完成手术,手术时间明显缩短,出血量明显减少。发生胃右动脉出血2例,胃结干撕裂2例,均经左手控制后成功止血。2例在行第12组淋巴结清扫时门静脉出血,左手控制后缝扎止血成功。结论胃癌切除术中应用左手控制技术可明显缩短手术操作时间,减少出血量,增加手术的安全性和彻底性。
Objective To evaluate the effect of left hand control in gastric cancer surgery. Methods The clinical data of Koche, incision, lymph node dissection and bleeding control in general surgery department of Henan Tumor Hospital since 2000 were analyzed. Results 120 cases were successfully completed the operation, the operation time was significantly reduced, the amount of bleeding was significantly reduced. 2 cases of gastric right artery hemorrhage occurred, 2 cases of gastric kyphosis, were successfully controlled by the left hand to stop bleeding. 2 cases of line 12 lymph node dissection portal vein bleeding, left hand control after suture hemostasis success. Conclusion The application of left-handed control in gastric cancer resection can significantly shorten the operation time, reduce the amount of bleeding and increase the safety and thoroughness of the operation.
