当前我国中小企业数量多、发展速度快,对国民经济的影响不容小觑。其财务状况不稳定、经营成果也难以保障,更易陷入财务危机。本文首先梳理了中小企业财务风险的内涵和主要类型,接着分析了我国当前中小企业在财务风险管理中存在的主要问题,最后提出若干建议,以期为改善当前局面提供一定帮助。
