大多数的中国英语学习者尤其是本身自主能力就比较薄弱的学习者需要科学、有效、个性化的学习计划、课程设置和科学管理来引领自己正确高效地进行英语自主学习。对于广大自主能力低、语言基础差的英语听力学习者来说,他们有其自身独特的自主学习规律和学习习惯。个性化的自我有效管理需基于清晰地了解其自主学习规律的基础之上。本文通过对参加程序化自主听力学习的自主能力弱、英语基础差的学习者进行问卷调查和学习进度、学习习惯跟踪,统计对比研究所得的有效数据,明确学习质、量、时、效等因素与听力自主学习效果的关系,寻找弱自主能力学习者的自主学习规律,最后总结出可促进自主学习效果的易操作、有效的自我管理方法。
Most Chinese EFL learners, especially their own weak learners, need scientific, effective and personalized learning plans, curricula and scientific management to lead their self-study in English correctly and effectively. For the majority of English learners with low self-determination ability and poor language foundation, they have their own unique learning rules and learning habits. Personalized self-effective management needs to be based on a clear understanding of its autonomous learning rules. In this paper, through the process of participating in program-based self-learning ability of self-learning is weak, poor learners of English based on the questionnaire survey and learning progress, learning habits track, statistical comparison of valid data obtained, a clear learning quality, quantity, time, efficiency and other factors And the relationship between the results of self-learning and listening, to find the law of autonomous learning of weak learners, and finally summarize the easy-to-operate and effective self-management methods that can promote the self-learning effect.
