通过不同处理的接种试验研究了2种明尼苏达被毛孢对大豆胞囊线虫种群分布和大豆生长发育的影响。结果表明:接种35 d后,与空白对照相比,接种明尼苏达被毛孢1-10和HLJ07-21-3后大豆植株鲜重分别增加了30.98%和27.66%。明尼苏达被毛孢显著降低了(P<0.05)线虫卵、根部雌虫和土壤中胞囊的数量。与对照相比,2种明尼苏达被毛孢分别降低(P<0.05)虫卵密度63.7%和46.7%,与只接种大豆胞囊线虫处理相比,1-10和HLJ07-21-3使总线虫数量分别降低43.6%和35.8%,综合分析1-10能更为有效地降低线虫种群数量。
Two different inoculation experiments were conducted to study the effects of two Minnesota chinensis spores on soybean cyst nematode population distribution and soybean growth and development. The results showed that after 35 days of inoculation, the fresh weight of soybean plants increased by 30.98% and 27.66% respectively after being inoculated with Trichosporon 1-10 and HLJ07-21-3 in Minnesota compared with the blank control. Minnesota was significantly reduced by C. aspera (P <0.05) in nematode eggs, root females and soil cysts. Compared with the control, two kinds of Minnesota were reduced (P <0.05) respectively by 63.7% and 46.7% of the oviposition density. Compared with the control group, 1-10 and HLJ07-21-3, The numbers were reduced by 43.6% and 35.8% respectively. Comprehensive analysis 1-10 could reduce the population of nematodes more effectively.
