目的 研究革螨、恙螨在肾综合征出血热病毒 (hemorrhagicfeverwithrenalsyndromevirus,HFRSV)传播中的媒介作用。方法 采集自然界鼠窝革螨及饲养繁殖的子代革螨和鼠体恙螨幼虫以及从小黑板采集游离恙螨幼虫及饲养孵化的若虫 ,进行螨细胞培养分别观察螨细胞传播HFRSV的作用。结果 发现螨细胞培养第 15d和第 2 0d可从螨细胞内检测到HFRSV ,其中HFRSV检出数和荧光强度在革螨子 4代、子 3代和恙螨若虫均多于和强于子 1代、子 2代及恙螨幼虫。结论 革螨、恙螨对HFRSV的传播有一定的媒介作用 ,在维持HFRSV的自然循环中起重要作用。
Objective To study the role of leather mites and chigger mites in the transmission of hemorrhagic feverwithrenalsyndrome virus (HFRSV). Methods The mite cell culture was used to detect the transmission of HFRSV in mite cells. The mite cells were collected for transmission to mite cells. The results showed that HFRSV could be detected from mite cells on the 15th day and the 20th day of mite cell culture. The detection frequency and fluorescence intensity of HFRSV were higher and stronger than those of sub-1 Generation 2 and Generation 2 chigger mites larvae. Conclusion The leather mites and chigger mites play a mediator role in the transmission of HFRSV and play an important role in maintaining the natural circulation of HFRSV.
