权力腐败已经从经济、政治领域蔓延到教育领域,中小学校长作为学校的法人代表,全权负责和领导学校一切事物。但由于相应的监管缺失,很容易形成校长权力腐败问题。本文总结了中小学校长权力腐败的表现形式,运用经济人假设理论、教育寻租理论、成本—收益理论和新制度经济学理论来分析校长权力腐败的行为动机,以期从经济学的角度为规约校长权力腐败现象提供建议。
