目的建立气血宁口服液中芍药苷含量的高效液相色谱法分析方法。方法采用Agilent HC-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)为色谱柱;乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液(10∶90)为流动相;流速为1.0 m L/min;检测波长为230 nm;柱温为24℃。结果芍药苷进样量在0.05~0.25μg范围内与峰面积呈现良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率为99.0%,RSD为0.94%;12批样品中芍药苷含量均值为0.048 3 mg/m L。结论本法操作简便、结果准确、重复性良好,可作为气血宁口服液中芍药苷含量分析方法。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of paeoniflorin in Quxuening Oral Liquid by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid solution (10:90) with a mobile phase of Agilent HC-C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL / 24 ° C. Results Paeoniflorin showed a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 0.05-0.25 μg (r = 0.999 9), with an average recovery of 99.0% and a RSD of 0.94%. The mean concentrations of paeoniflorin in 12 batches of samples 0.048 3 mg / m L. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used as an analytical method of paeoniflorin in Quxuening oral liquid.
