为了研究水泥的种类和加气剂的种类及其剂量地干混喷射混凝土性能的影响,尤其是对抗剥落性能的影响,我们进行了下列试验.用3种水泥(普通波特兰水泥、高强、早期波特兰水泥和硅灰水泥),3种加气剂(合成去污剂、烃类磺酸盐、松香皂热塑料树脂),加气剂按5种剂量(每升水中分另含0,10,20,30,40毫升加气剂)制备了21种混合料.试验结果表明:使用加气剂可以使间隔系数明显地降低,抗剥落性能明显地提高.结果还进一步地表明:用普通波特兰水泥和早强波特兰水泥制成的加气喷浆混凝土的性能相类似,而那些用硅灰水泥制备的加气喷射混凝土的干燥收缩性和氯离子渗透性较低.
In order to study the type of cement and the type of air-entraining agent and its impact on the performance of dry-mixed shotcrete, in particular the impact on exfoliation performance, we conducted the following tests. We used three kinds of cement (ordinary Portland cement, high-strength, Early Portland cement and silica fume cement, 3 kinds of air-entraining agents (synthetic detergents, hydrocarbon sulfonates, rosin soap thermo plastic resin), air-entraining agent in 5 doses (each liter of water containing 0 , 10, 20, 30, 40 ml air-entraining agent) 21 kinds of mixture were prepared. The test results show that the use of air-entraining agent can significantly reduce the spacing coefficient and significantly improve the anti-stripping performance. The results further show that: Ordinary Portland cement and early-strength Portland cement have similar performances for air-entrained shotcrete, and those air-entrained shotcrete made with silica cement have lower drying shrinkage and chloride ion permeability.
