模拟石油和化学品溢出归宿及影响,是预测和评价溢出及其反应决策环境影响的关键技术。本文论证了基本的模拟需要,并在此基础上综合分析了模拟理论、求解技术和工具软件,提出了有关的模拟概念,包括聚类溢出情景、溢出货物分类、选择模拟模型和确定归宿过程与威胁等级等,通过使用二维扩散模式SPILLSIM等模拟工具和自行开发及运行三维扩散试验模型CWCM软件,验证了模拟概念对实际模拟应用的指导作用。
Simulating the fate and impact of oil and chemical spillovers is a key technology for predicting and assessing the environmental impact of spills and their response decisions. This paper demonstrates the basic simulation needs, and on this basis, the simulation theory, the solution technique and the software tools are analyzed synthetically. Relevant simulation concepts are put forward, including the cluster overflow scenario, the classification of overflow cargoes, the selection of simulation models and the determination of f Threat level and so on. By using two-dimensional diffusion model SPILLSIM simulation tools and self-development and operation of three-dimensional diffusion test model CWCM software, the simulation concept to verify the practical application of simulation guidance.
