2015年11月28~29日,河北行知文化传媒有限责任公司《思维与智慧》杂志社2015年笔会暨“渤海杯”有奖征文大赛颁奖大会在大连举行。本届笔会暨颁奖大会由思维与智慧杂志社主办、大连渤海艺术研究院协办。来自全国8个省市的10余位作家朋友与杂志社编辑欢聚一堂,共同见证这一激动人心的时刻。河北行知文化传媒有限责任公司党委书记、董事长、大赛组委会荣誉主任赵晓龙先生发来贺信,对获奖者表示祝贺。河北行知文化传媒有限责任公司《思维与智慧》总编辑、大赛组委会主任王爱玲女士,著名音乐家、大连渤海艺术研究院院长郑冰先生出席颁奖典礼并讲话。大赛组委会副主任王绍斌先生,大赛评委及法律顾问一同出席了颁奖仪式。
2015 November 28 ~ 29, Hebei Xingzhi Culture Media Co., Ltd. “Thinking and Wisdom” magazine 2015 PEN and “Bohai Cup ” prize essay contest awards ceremony held in Dalian. This plenary conference and presentation ceremony is organized by Think & Wisdom magazine and co-organized by Dalian Bohai Art Research Institute. More than 10 writers, friends and magazine editors from eight provinces and cities across the country gathered together to witness this exciting moment. Mr. Zhao Xiaolong, party secretary and chairman of Hebei Xingzhi Culture Media Co., Ltd., and honorary director of the organizing committee of the competition sent a congratulation message on the winners. Ms. Wang Ailing, editor-in-chief of “Thinking and Wisdom” of Hebei Xingzhi Culture Media Co., Ltd., director of Organizing Committee of Famous Musician, and Mr. Zheng Bing, dean of Dalian Bohai Art Research Institute attended the ceremony and delivered speeches. Mr. Wang Shaobin, deputy director of the organizing committee, contest judges and legal advisors attended the ceremony.
