以二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)与木素磺酸钠为原料,合成了两性水煤浆分散剂,探讨DMDAAC用量、引发剂用量、反应时间、反应温度对水煤浆性能的影响。用差示紫外光谱法测定了产物LD和LS的酚羟基含量,进一步验证了接枝聚合的反应机理;通过凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)测定了其分子量以及分子量分布的变化,并通过扫描电镜(SEM)对接枝聚合产物的外观形貌做出了分析。对接枝聚合产物做水煤浆性能测试,表明产物具有更好的流变性能以及静态稳定性。
Using dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride (DMDAAC) and sodium lignosulphonate as raw materials, amphoteric coal water slurry dispersant was synthesized to investigate the effect of DMDAAC dosage, initiator dosage, reaction time and reaction temperature on the properties of coal water slurry Impact. The content of phenolic hydroxyl groups in LD and LS of the product were measured by differential ultraviolet spectroscopy to further verify the reaction mechanism of the graft polymerization. The graft polymerization products were tested for CWS performance, indicating that the product has better rheological properties and static stability.
